Regional Business Development Manager

Bosch is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Developer Manager to lead market expansion and drive sales growth for our Industrial Boilers division across Southern African Countries. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for increasing Bosch's market share, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales and after-sales strategies. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including factory owners, CEOs, and business partners, to identify new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or industrial solutions, preferably in the boiler or energy sector.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic (additional local languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Souther Africa region
