We're looking for an enthusiastic HVAC Operator who's ready to learn, grow their skills, and be part of a solid, professional team. This role offers real, on-the-job experience — you'll be working alongside skilled HVAC technicians, tackling installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in the field. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy solving problems, and don't mind getting stuck in to get the job done, we want to hear from you

Job Description:
  • Work alongside experienced HVAC Technicians to help with inspections, repairs, and replacements of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
  • Join daily site visits and lend a hand to ensure every job runs smoothly and systems perform at their best
  • Team up with Technicians to prep the right tools, understand each task, and keep the workflow efficient and on track
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 13 years of practical, hands-on experience working with HVAC systems
  • Solid understanding of how air conditioning, heating, and cooling systems operate
  • Familiarity with components like thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings — experience with these is a plus but not essential
Qualification:
  • Matric, N2 or N3 Electrical Engineering, Certificate in relevant maintenance field and/or trade certificate (highly advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
