Job Description:
  • Perform inspections, servicing, and component replacements on a variety of air-conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems
  • Engage with clients throughout the Western Cape to coordinate and carry out maintenance work effectively
  • Travel to sites regularly to help ensure systems operate optimally and to consistently deliver high-quality service
Skills and Experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of practical, in-depth experience working with chilled water systems (this remains essential)
  • Demonstrated expertise with 2-way and 3-way chilled water systems, condenser water systems, chillers, DX units, pumps, ventilation systems, electrical circuits, control panels, and cooling towers
  • Solid knowledge of key electrical components, including thermostats, 4-way valves, motors, shafts, V-belts, accumulators, and bearings
  • A valid driver's licence is required
Qualifications:
  • Trade-tested in a relevant field.
  • Gas license highly advantageous.
