Sales Manager – Telesales

iStore is looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our high-volume B2C telesales operation. This role owns the end-to-end online sales journey, from lead eligibility through to invoicing and fulfilment, and plays a critical role in driving conversion, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.
You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales consultants in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, while working closely with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Contact Centre, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on pace, data, accountability, and results.

Lead, manage, and coach telesales consultants to deliver speed, quality, and conversionOwn pipeline health, forecasting, and performance reportingMonitor and optimise funnel performance from lead to fulfilmentWork closely with Sales Operations to improve processes, systems, and resultsPartner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Order Management, Inbound Contact Centre, and Warehouse teamsDrive sales-led customer experience outcomesEnsure call quality, compliance, and operational accuracyUse data and insights to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actionHow Success in this role will be measured
Sales volume and revenue vs targetFunnel conversion: Lead → Opportunity → Sale → FulfilmentTurnaround times (TATs) per sales stageOrder fallout, cancellation, and rework ratesCustomer Experience scores (NPS & CSAT)Call quality and compliance scoresRequirements
Minimum 6 years' experience in B2C telesales, with at least 2 year in a high-volume sales management roleProven track record of managing transactional sales pipelines at scaleStrong people leader with the ability to coach for performance and qualityHigh energy, confident communicator, and natural motivatorComfortable balancing sales delivery and operational disciplineStrong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approachCustomer-first mindset with a strong focus on execution and outcomesAble to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentHands-on experience with sales CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)Experience in MNO salesBackground in high-tech, consumer electronics, or retailExposure to online or omnichannel sales environmentsWhy Join iStore
