Key Responsibilities:
Safety First:

  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Technical:

  • Mould control and arrangement
  • Clamping and sealing of moulds
  • Mould inspection
  • Control of pouring sheets and temperatures
  • Prepare ladles

Operation:

  • Operate crane
  • De-slag furnaces
  • Maintain 5's on the casting bay

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12); or 12 to 24 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license. Valid forklift license. Overhead crane license
