Main responsibilities

The Program Manager oversees the successful planning, execution, and completion of key programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and aligned with GIS' strategic objectives. The focus of the Program Manager will be on managing resources, mitigating risks, and delivering results which support business growth and customer satisfaction by

  • using proven project management methodologies to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation

  • actively managing risks and dependencies to prevent delays and ensure smooth delivery

  • aligning program goals with GIS's broader business strategy to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Min 8 years of experience in a similar position

Skills & Competences

  • Good knowledge of the company's business and/or sector of activity

  • Knowledge of commercial offer writing techniques

  • Knowledge of managerial animation techniques

  • Experience in risk management

  • Experience in sales techniques

  • Mastery of project management techniques

  • Skilled in Microsoft office tools, particularly Excel

  • Skilled in ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Navision

Languages

Business English is a must (corporate language)
