Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for project management and marketing? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead national initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth while maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee national projects, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and monitoring. Develop and implement strategic training programs, including soft skills and product knowledge training for mechanics. Manage and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company standards. Drive marketing and sales objectives by educating, servicing, and growing the customer base. Plan and execute customer and taxi activations to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility. Ensure strategic goals are met within the required timeframes in collaboration with senior leadership. Oversee departmental functions, ensuring cost control, budget adherence, and process optimization. Conduct technical and market surveys to enhance competitive market intelligence. Promote and develop a strong internal team through training, HR best practices, and succession planning. Ensure all equipment and company assets are maintained and utilized efficiently. Manage customer claims effectively, ensuring fair resolution in line with company policies.
