Packhouse Supervisor

Our client is seeking 4 experienced Packhouse Supervisors to join the Coega, Port Elizabeth team in January 2026 · Overseeand coordinate daily production operations within assigned plant sections· Ensurecompliance with food safety regulations and production quality standards· Executeproduction planning in line with operational requirements· Superviseand manage production staff, including shift planning and staffing levels· Maintaindiscipline and support sound labour relations practice· Monitorand enforce housekeeping and sanitation standards across production lines· Facilitateon -the -job training and upskilling of production staff· Collaboratewith other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to ensureseamless production flow Requirements· Grade 12· Arelevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)· Minimumof 3 years' supervisory experience in the citrus / packhouseindustry· Proficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)· Validdriver's license and own reliable transport· Willingnessto work shifts and extended hours as required· Residingin or near the Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage area
