Role Description
The Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and overall success. This contract position is a hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, ensuring their goals are met, addressing their concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborating across teams, the role will also involve analyzing customer data to identify growth opportunities and support the seamless delivery of Amazon marketing services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure the highest level of support and value delivery for clients.
- Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships and enhance client loyalty.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess customer data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve account performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Amazon marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
