As The Technical Leader Of The Team
- Designs and creates new solutions that are widely used either by internal or external customers
- Leads the technical excellence of the system and creates plans to mitigate outages
- Adjust the team processes, listening to feedback and guiding the team through changes
- Challenge the architecture and automation processes
- Support the internal organisation of the team
- Be an active participant of the roadmap elaboration alongside the Head of Engineering and the Product team
- Be an advocate of the mission of the team within company
Experience & Qualifications...
- Strong programming skills
- Ideally 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience working in Scrum or similar
Other Requirements...
- A strong communication ability, both in private and in public
- You are comfortable working in an international team, in English
- Also, Spanish or French would be a plus.
- Knowledge of business travel will be a real asset
- You know how to be a team player and reliable
