ROLE PURPOSES
- To manage and oversee Underwriting Team
- To manage and oversee credit control function ( Binder allocations/ annual premium allocations)
- Employee Development and upskilling
- Compliance adherence and reporting function
- Compliance Reviews – Outsource and Binder (Rm support)
- System Training for Outsource Partners
- Recruitment – Administrative and Sales
