Business Partner: HR Services

Job Purpose:
This role exists to deliver effective HR service solutions that support business operations and employee needs. This role partners with line leaders to ensure HR services align with organizational goals and enhance workforce productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Planning and Human Resourcing
- Translate hub-level business strategies and operational plans into short- and intermediate-term workforce requirements.
- Develop & secure sustainable workforce catchments for future resourcing needs.
- Develop and implement hub-level Learning, Training and Development (LTD) for
employee clusters and individuals.
2. HR Service Delivery
- Manage and improve HR service processes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate HR service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement HR policies and procedures consistently across the business.
- Coordinates PMS cycle implementation and consequence management to
support Hub-level BSC execution.
3. Employee Relations Advisory
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication.
4. HR Projects and Initiatives
- Lead HR service improvement projects.
- Support change management activities related to HR services.
- Monitor and report on HR service performance metrics.
5. Talent Acquisition
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support hiring managers with candidate selection and interview processes.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
6. Compliance and Reporting
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support investigations related to employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Update HR policies in line with legal requirements.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in HR or related professional body (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR service delivery or HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to manage HR service projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Experience working in manufacturing or FMCG sectors is essential.
