We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our Managed Services team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a variety of technologies, and ensuring clients receive timely and professional support, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will support our clients remotely and act as the first point of contact for technical queries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line technical support and resolving client issues timeously
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft O365 queries
  • Updating and managing support tickets accurately and consistently in our ticketing system
  • Conducting daily server and system checks within required timeframes
  • Communicating professionally with clients via phone, email, and system notes
  • Identifying root causes and ensuring corrective measures are documented
  • Participating in standby rotation when required

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

  • A+ and N+ certifications (Essential)
  • MCSE / MCSA and NSE4 (Desirable)

Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in an IT-related support role
  • Prior experience in a service desk or call-center IT support environment is advantageous

Technical Knowledge

  • Practical understanding of Windows Servers, O365, troubleshooting methodologies, and networking fundamentals

Essential Skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and technical troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and ticket administration
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused mindset
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical capabilities
