As the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, leading a large team across multiple functions including fulfilment, dispatch, inventory, and logistics. You'll be responsible for ensuring service excellence across all channels—retail, digital, and wholesale—while driving continuous improvement and maintaining world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including fulfilment, dispatch, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a large team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time and in full (OTIF).
  • Optimize the warehouse layout, pick routes, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Service.
  • Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • 5+ years' experience in warehouse or distribution management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Odoo and SAP).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Valid RSA driver's license.
