Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and managing real-time adherence for a team of agents
  • Providing feedback and coaching to agents to ensure optimal performance
  • Identifying and escalating issues affecting real-time performance
  • Generating reports on agent adherence and performance
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Desired Experience:
  • Prior experience in a real-time adherence role
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of workforce management systems
Salary & Benefits:
