Are you someone who can:

  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle—from initiation to closure—ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

  • Oversee project resources including people, procurement, systems, time, and financials.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure transparent project reporting.

  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery to meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Lead indirect teams by setting clear performance standards, providing context, and guiding process adherence.

  • Ensure delivery meets predefined quality standards, SLAs, and project plans.

  • Apply governance frameworks and compliance procedures to proactively identify and manage risks.

  • Contribute to budget planning and monitor resource allocation to achieve project objectives.

  • Assist in developing and executing change management plans to support adoption and minimize resistance.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation in line with agreed methodologies and audit requirements.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in project management, preferably within financial services or rewards programmes.

  • Strong experience in senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or related field.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification advantageous.
