Description:

As a Partnership Account Manager, you will lead the growth and management of our affiliate and IB network in the market. You'll drive strategic relationships with local partners and introduce the CFI brand to new client bases.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a profitable portfolio of CFI business partners by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partners
  • Maintain high engagement with partners through frequent communication, market insights, and localized marketing support.
  • Monitor trading volume, net deposits, and overall partner performance to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
  • Participate & represent CFI at local expos, seminars, and online webinars.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance best practices relevant to the market.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in FX/CFD partnership management or financial services sales
  • Deep understanding of the retail trading culture and financial regulations
  • Strong knowledge in Stock / FOREX trading knowledge
  • Strong network of local IBs or financial influencers is a plus
  • Excellent convincing and influencing skills.
  • Persistence and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong commercial and business development mindset.
  • Familiar with MetaTrader platforms (MT4/MT5)
  • English language proficiency required
