Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Germiston. The Design Engineer will focus on developing and optimizing scaffolding and engineering solutions for diverse projects. Key responsibilities will include designing detailed technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, and contributing to product design improvements. The role will also require providing technical support to clients and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Engineering, including the ability to create and analyze technical designs
  • Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering principles and their application in structural solutions
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed schematics and drawings
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
