We currently work alongside one of the UK's largest insolvency and debt solution providers. We seek an outstanding Quality Assurance Agent with experience in the UK Debt Advice Sector to join our growing team
Responsibilities
- Create scorecards providing accurate feedback
- Listening and assessing calls
- Provide accurate feedback
- Report on any trends or patterns that may be occurring
- Filter information regarding non-compliance to Team Manager
- Document and maintain scorecard on all assessments conducted
- Ensure that you meet quantity and quality of calls listened to
- Random call audits when required
Experience/Qualifications
- Computer literate – excel skills
- Communication/Coaching skills
- Must have at least 2 Years Quality Assurance (QA) experience within a contact centre
- Must have quality assurance experience within UK Debt Management/Insolvency
Package/ Remuneration
R7,000 a month (rising to R8,000 upon successful completion of probation) + Attendance Bonus R1,250 + Comms
