The Role

We're looking for a
Mailchimp expert

to own the newsletter and email marketing space at Quazar. You'll manage everything from audience segmentation and automation flows to creative campaign builds and performance reporting. If you understand how to make email both look beautiful
and

deliver results - this could be the role you've been waiting for.  

You'll collaborate closely with our design and content teams but are expected to be
self-sufficient

in problem-solving. Bonus points if you can handle some light coding (HTML/CSS) to fine-tune templates and troubleshoot quirks.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all newsletter campaigns, from setup to send
  • Segment audiences, automate journeys, and monitor deliverability
  • Build and test templates with dynamic content and responsive layouts
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Work with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency
  • Stay current with email best practices and evolving Mailchimp features

Requirements

  • 2–4 years' hands-on Mailchimp experience (preferably agency side, but internal is also good)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, data segmentation, and automation
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email template editing
  • Solid grasp of analytics and A/B testing
  • A self-starter mindset as you need to be able to take initiative, troubleshoot, and optimise independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating Mailchimp with CMS or CRM systems
  • Experience with Figma to Mailchimp imports and exports
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation tools
  • Design sensibility and comfort working with brand teams

What You'll Own

You'll be the go-to for everything email-related at Quazar from campaign strategy and build to reporting and refinement. This is your space to shape, grow, and lead.
