You will manage the full HR and payroll administration function across multiple property sites, ensuring employee records are maintained with absolute accuracy and confidentiality. From onboarding new hires and coordinating inductions to handling payroll processing, COIDA claims, and labour law compliance, you'll be the steady hand that keeps all HR operations running smoothly. You'll also support recruitment administration, maintain HRIS data, generate insightful HR reports, and help draft and update HR policies that align with both legislation and real-world site conditions.

To succeed, you'll need a keen eye for detail, a solid grasp of South African labour legislation, and the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities. Think of this role as both the engine room and the glue that holds the people side of the business together.
