We currently work alongside one of the UK's largest insolvency and debt solution providers. We are seeking an outstanding Team Leader, preferably with experience in the UK Debt Help Sector, to join our growing team.

The successful candidate must have previous solid experience working as a Team Leader on a UK Financial Services campaign, possess strong leadership skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of financial services guidelines and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a Debt Management sales team to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team of advisors.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases or disputes.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage workloads and allocate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports, and ability to analyse dialler/crm reports to discover trends, opportunities and troubleshoot
  • Oversee processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively..
  • Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry tasks to ensure accuracy in records.
  • Experience in a similar role working within the UK financial services profession is essential to the role.
  • Communication/Coaching/Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of the financial services market and guidelines.
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 1–3 years' outbound sales team management experience
  • Experience with predictive dialers and outbound call centres
  • Strong background in sales strategy and report management
  • Proven ability to deliver results through your team

Package/ Remuneration

R12,500 a month + Comms (Rise to R15,000 a month upon successful completion of probation).

If you are happy to work hours aligned with the UK (Mon-Thurs 10.30 am to 8 pm, Fri 10.30 am to 4pm), changing to Mon-Thurs 11.30am - 9 pm, Fri 11.30 am to 5 pm when the clocks move forward. (There is also overtime in the mornings and Saturdays).
