We specialise in building in the science behind scale, we design and deliver growth frameworks, develop hiring strategies and provide sales and leadership advisory support.
Our client engagements usually begin with a full diagnosis of the current state of the business. The output of which is a substantial report outlining issues, gap analysis (against their goals) and from there, we recommend actions, projects and a roll out strategy and provide operational and advisory support as required.
Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven Sales Data Analyst to support our sales team by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and governance of our sales data. This role goes beyond traditional sales admin, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and enriching prospect and client data to enable our Sales Consultants and Clients to engage the right audience and build high-performing pipelines.
Strong data mining and CRM management skills are essential. Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Cognism will be a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data accuracy, process optimisation, and enabling commercial success through exceptional data operations. Role Responsibilities
Data Operations & Governance
- Pull and validate prospect/contact data using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Cognism.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across CRM and lead-generation platforms.
- Ensure data governance and GDPR/POPIA compliance.
- Clean, enrich and deduplicate data to ensure reliable data sets for outreach.
Sales Administration & Support
- Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce).
- Prepare reports, dashboards and data insights to support sales planning and forecasting.
- Support Sales Consultants with data packs for outreach campaigns and client projects.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales documentation, proposals, quotes and presentations.
- Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations) to streamline sales processes.
Process Enablement
- Document and improve lead flow and data handling processes.
- Help optimise the end-to-end sales workflow to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Train internal teams on data processes, naming conventions, list-building logic and data governance best practices.
- Be the point of contact for data-related queries from the sales team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Background in Sales Administration, Revenue Operations, Data Operations or CRM coordination.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Cognism
- Strong Excel capability (filters, vlookup, pivot tables advantageous).
- Able to build prospect audiences around specific criteria (industry, persona, geography etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working within a technology / SaaS / MSP environment.
- Experience supporting sales team, lead generation or sales demand functions.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and ICP/target-audience strategies.
- Basic familiarity with sales reporting or analytics dashboards.
