Role Overview:

Seeking a motivated Account Manager to act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams within a dynamic advertising agency environment. This role demands strong client relationship management, campaign coordination, and strategic oversight to ensure delivery of effective marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for multiple client accounts, maintaining and nurturing strong professional relationships.

• Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for creative, media, and production teams.

• Manage advertising campaigns end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance monitoring.

• Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations with tact and professionalism.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.

• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services or campaigns.

• Resolve client challenges promptly, ensuring satisfaction while balancing agency resources and priorities.

• Prepare and present client reports on campaign progress and results.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in account management or client service roles, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency setting.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure.

• Strong understanding of advertising principles, digital marketing trends, and campaign execution processes.

• Proficient with project management tools and client relationship management software.

• Reliable and available to work full-time on-site in Bedfordview.
