Junior Credit Controller / Administrator

Starting salary R10k-R12.5k pcm - mainly home based.

We are an international media agency and this role involves chasing clients for payment in Australia and New Zealand.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end cash collection process – credit checking, invoicing, chasing late payments over the whole lifecycle from reminders through to preparing legal action. Reporting to the Managing Director and working with the back office team your role will include validating and collecting revenue owed to the business. The successful candidate will have the skills and knowledge to help develop effective collection processes, improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.

You will need to be well organised, computer literate and a quick learner. Shrinking violets need not apply as you'll need to be confident on the phones and have the skills to persuade slow payers to settle accounts promptly.

Experience a bonus but not essential as training provided. Working hours initially 5.00am until 1.00pm with a break but you will be required to do some full night shifts at various points of the year. Offices in Foreshore. Hybrid working after training and probation period.
