​ Zoho Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business SolutionsConsultant with a strong background in Finance and HR application to join our team in South Africa.  Key Responsibilities:● Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customerrequirements and provide expert advice on Zoho's Finance, HR and Payrollapplications.● Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations toprospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoho's Finance, HRand Payroll solutions.● Solution Design: Work closely with clients to identify their business needs anddesign customized solutions using Zoho's suite of applications.● Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals andpresentations that effectively communicate how Zoho's products can addressclient challenges.● Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potentialclients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.● Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to clients during the trial and implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition to Zoho'sproducts.● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the Finance, HR and Payroll domains to provideinsights and recommendations.● Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements or new features for Zoho'sproducts.Requirements ● 2+ years of experience in a pre -sales engineering role, specifically within Finance,HR and Payroll applications.● In -depth knowledge of financial processes, payroll systems, and relatedregulatory requirements in the Africa market.● Familiarity with Zoho's suite of products, particularly Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll,Zoho People and other financial management tools, is highly desirable.● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulatecomplex concepts to both technical and non -technical audiences.● Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced environment.
