We're hiring: Senior Production Manager (Print and Retail display)

Are you a master of bringing creative concepts to life — from print to production floor?

We're looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead our fabrication and workshop operations, ensuring every project leaves our doors at the highest standard.

What you'll do:

Oversee all aspects of print and retail display production , from materials sourcing to final installation.

Manage fabrication, workflow, and stock control to ensure efficiency and quality.

Lead a talented workshop team — fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines, and client expectations.

Maintain quality control processes and ensure safety and compliance standards are upheld.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in print production and retail display manufacturing (minimum 5+ years in a senior role).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.

Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

A hands-on, solutions-driven mindset — you make things happen.
