Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in the City of Cape Town, is for a Customer Service Agent at OM Bank. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
- Experience with Customer Support and Customer Service Representatives functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is an advantage
