  • Familiarity with platform features (Reels, Stories, Lives, Polls, etc.) and best practices
  • Understand how to leverage the platforms in-line with content strategy

Analytics

  • Ability to interpret data and suggesting content pivots in line with strategy
  • Ability to use platform and external analytics tools (e.g., in-platform insights, Hootsuite, Buffer) to track engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.

  • Strong planning skills to implement content for campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Experience in scheduling posts, running campaigns, and adapting strategies based on performance.
  • Ability to target the right audience segments for engagement and growth.
