Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAICA Article Clerk based in Knysna, South Africa. The SAICA Article Clerk will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing financial statements, and assisting with tax compliance. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients, performing bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards. The role provides an excellent opportunity for aspiring Chartered Accountants to gain practical experience required for their qualifications.
Qualifications
- Accredited BCom Degree
- Strong communication and client engagement skills (English)
- Analytical and time management abilities and solution driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Enrolled in or meeting requirements for the SAICA training program
- Commitment to continuous learning and adhering to ethical standards
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure
