Our client, a well established accounting firm, is looking for a professional and reliable Office Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be between 30 and 40 years old, well-presented, passionate, and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration duties
- Handling inbound calls
- Making outbound calls when required
- Following up on outstanding client payments
- Liaising with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting the team with organisational and administrative tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- A diploma in a relevant field (business administration, office management, or similar)
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence
- Trustworthy with sober habits
- Ability to think on your feet and think outside the box
- Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential

- Age
30–40
(preference) - Professional, polite, and client-oriented
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and within a team
