Role Description
This is a contract-based role for a Regional Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client networks, conducting market analysis, meeting sales targets, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for conducting regional aviation market analysis and creating sales strategies
- Experienced in account management, client relationship building, and providing exceptional customer service
- Proven sales, business development or technical skills, including lead generation, negotiation in aviation industry
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the aviation maintenance industry or related sectors is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote, goal-driven environment.
