About the Role:

Kick-start your career in business development with a dynamic, high-growth organization. As a Graduate Business Development Trainee, you will learn how to generate leads, build client relationships, and support the growth of our business. You will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in local and international markets.
  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and emailing.
  • Promote brand awareness by sharing content on social media and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Assist in setting up meetings and preparing for demos or client presentations.
  • Follow up on opportunities and support deal closing when required.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to contribute to business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Support BD managers in achieving sales targets.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Recent graduates or final-year students completing their degree by Dec 2025.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for learning.
  • University qualification (any discipline).
  • Sales-oriented, enthusiastic, and people-driven personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner, able to understand financial concepts and business processes.
  • Confident and outgoing, comfortable speaking to decision-makers at all levels.
  • Competitive spirit and determination to meet targets.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Beneficial Skills / Knowledge (Not Required)

  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Previous exposure to sales, marketing, or client-facing roles.
  • Interest in finance, stock markets, or accounting standards.
