We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, staying organised, and supporting a team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently.
  • Book and track customer returns to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support the Customer Service team to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to keep the department running effectively.

  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and general computer literacy (advantageous).
