Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Somerset West. The Sales Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as processing customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales activities, and performing administrative assistance tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience with Order Processing and Sales
  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance, including organization and attention to detail
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools like CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in business, administration, or related fields are advantageous
  • Exposure to Victron or other inverters, Lithium batteries and solar panels is a plus
