Our client in the Public Transportation industry is currently looking for an Admin Manager, in Houghton Estate, Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating support to all structures and branches of the Association, executing the resolutions of the National Council and Executive Committee, and overseeing sub-committee activities.Providing and coordinating industry comments and inputs on draft legislation, government policies, and reports affecting the bus industry.Marketing and growing the Association's membership and addressing a range of membership and industry issues.Managing branches, operations, finances, staff, procurement, suppliers, and contracts.Ensuring compliance with the Association's constitution, by-laws, and all statutory requirements.Managing media liaison, corporate communication, social media, and reputational management across various platforms.Compiling the Annual Report and presenting monthly financial reports to the National Council and Executive Committee.Compiling the Annual Budget and presenting it to the National Council and Executive.Project management of the Annual Conference, Strategic Planning Sessions, Annual General Meeting, and other key events.Managing the Head Office and Secretariat team.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Transport Management, or equivalent.Proven track record and at least 8 years of experience in a senior managerial position.Sound knowledge of the transport industry (especially the bus and coach sector), applicable legislation, bus contracts, and business management principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent presentation and report writing skills.Strong financial management and budgeting skills.A well-balanced generalist possessing strong administrative and excellent communication skills, coupled with sharp business acumen.Ability to assist and empower small, medium, and micro enterprises.Capability to function at an executive level.
