The National Sales and Training Manager leads the development and performance of Beauty Advisors, Brand Ambassadors and Roving Consultants across all Revlon Cosmetic & Personal Care brands.
The role ensures high‑quality customer experience, strong sell‑thru results, and flawless execution in stores, while providing key operational support to elevate brand presence, retail standards, and commercial performance across major customer accounts.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Diploma/Degree in Beauty, Retail or Training advantageous.
- 5+ years' experience in cosmetics or personal care (training, sales or retail operations).
- Experience with Clicks, Dis‑Chem or national retailers beneficial.

- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
- High commercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Excellent interpersonal influence and stakeholder management.
- Strong planning, organisation and time‑management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Willing to travel nationally; valid driver's license required

Job Description:
Training & Development
- Lead the development and delivery of national training programmes (in‑person and virtual), with a primary focus on Revlon Cosmetics
- Deliver practical workshops, Beauty Advisor sessions and in‑store coaching.
- Ensure consistent use of training tools, materials and product assets.
- Oversee setup, logistics and operation of training environments and academy sessions.
Sales Enablement & Retail Execution
- Lead, manage and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers and Brand Ambassadors to ensure best‑in‑class execution and consistent sell‑through across all key retailers.
- Support operational standards within key accounts and ensure retail compliance.
- Execute centre‑court, counter and promotional activations as required.
- Drive performance on launches, promotions and category initiatives, ensuring merchandising standards across all doors.
Performance & Commercial Insight
- Analyse sell‑through performance to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
- Drive action plans for slow‑moving lines and collaborate on push lists.
- Track competitor activity and market dynamics to shape training and sales strategies.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the National Training Department, Regional Sales and Area managers.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, PR and Brand teams on launches, events and conferences.
- Maintain strong communication & leadership with the national field sales team.
Administration & Compliance
- Manage training documentation, attendance, surveys and checklists.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and GMP requirements.
