Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Inventory & Stock Planning Coordinator
to join the PNA Helderberg / Strand / Somerset West team. The successful candidate will manage inventory levels across multiple branches, ensure accurate stock planning, and support day-to-day stock control operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stock shortages.
  • Tracking, recording, and analysing stock movement across branches.
  • Processing and monitoring orders accurately and timeously.
  • Working within ERP systems to maintain and update stock information.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient stock flow.
  • Supporting retail branches to ensure inventory aligns with customer and seasonal requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills —

  • Minimum
    5 years of relevant experience
    within the stationery field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, administrative, and organisational abilities.
  • Experience in stock planning, inventory control, and order administration.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems to manage stock levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the stationery sector or related retail industries.
  • A qualification in
    Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing
    , or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience working with retail branches to maintain accurate and efficient stock levels.
