Responsibilities
  • Design and execute test cases for operational processes and workflows.
  • Perform end-to-end testing to validate system integrations and operational functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and clarify objectives.
  • Document test results and maintain comprehensive test logs for traceability.
  • Identify, report, and track defects, providing insights for resolution and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices throughout testing phases.
  • Participate in review sessions to refine testing strategies based on feedback and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operational testing or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and operational processes.
  • Proficient in creating detailed test plans and test scenarios.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Experience with defect management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center) is a plus.
