These roles will require a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills who can drive clarity, ensure alignment, and support delivery teams in implementing high-quality solutions. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Volt MX, including Iris, Foundry, and multi-experience application delivery, with demonstrable, real-world project experience building, integrating, and deploying applications in production environments, enabling them to provide informed analysis, guidance, and validation throughout the full Volt MX development lifecycle.

Senior Technical Lead

The Senior Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital solutions by leading the design, architecture, and implementation of high-quality software across web, mobile, and cloud platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who is hands-on, technically proficient, and capable of guiding and mentoring development teams to achieve excellence in delivery.

Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into actionable requirements for digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a combination of strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive clarity, reduce ambiguity, and support high-quality solution delivery.

Senior Developer

The Senior Developer will build robust software solutions that support the organization's digital products and enterprise systems. This role requires advanced technical proficiency, a strong grasp of software fundamentals, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex applications.

Intermediate Developer

The Intermediate Developer plays a key role in building and enhancing digital solutions across web, mobile, and cloud environments. Working alongside experienced engineers, this role participates in end-to-end delivery, supports feature implementation, and contributes to debugging, integration, documentation, and testing activities.

Scrum Master

The Scrum Master facilitates Agile delivery by managing all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring effective coordination between development, product, and business stakeholders. They identify and remove impediments to enable smooth and predictable software delivery, while coaching and mentoring team members on Agile best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Additionally, they ensure alignment between sprint goals, backlog priorities, and business requirements to maximise delivery value, and track and present delivery metrics to improve visibility, predictability, and overall team performance.

Quality Assurance Tester

The Quality Assurance Tester will test digital applications to ensure functionality, stability, and an optimal user experience. The role involves supporting both manual and automated testing activities to maintain the highest quality standards across our software products.
