Position Overview:

This role functions as the team lead for testers, with full oversight of the team responsible for setting up and tagging codes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis:
    We seek a promotional marketing analyst to ensure that appropriate and profitable offers align with various brand segmentation audiences.
  • Competitor Analysis:
    Conducting competitor research to support promotional and campaign strategies based on market trends.
  • Product Ownership:
    Regularly reviewing and interpreting offer results to analyze market trends, customer experience, and competitor activities.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Analyzing and interpreting data to share insights with key stakeholders, identifying and executing new internal promotional opportunities, and making recommendations to upper management based on promotional and marketing analyses.
  • Administrative Skills:
    Strong administrative and statistical skills to ensure that Bonus Offer sheets are accurate and that each offer is accurately implemented across different content streams.
  • Leadership:
    Supervising and managing the team responsible for code setup to ensure adherence to defined processes, executed flawlessly and without errors.
  • System Administration:
    Implementing necessary checks and balances to monitor and ensure the proper management of codes (enabling, extending, disabling as needed).

Key Duties:

  • Overseeing all aspects of promotional bonus offers, including approval, process management, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Conducting market research on consumer trends, target demographics, and competing brands.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on offer usage and marketing effectiveness.
  • Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior related to offers and products, competitor actions, and overall outcomes.
  • Monitoring customer bases for appropriate fit offers and introducing innovative strategies to enhance overall profitability.
  • Leading the Bonus Code, Mailing, and tagging team while collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of promotional campaigns using existing and new reporting tools and software.
  • Identifying potential process improvements to enhance business operation efficiency.
  • Reviewing bonus offerings for opportunities to improve conversion rates and client retention.
  • Mentoring the team by promoting best practices and innovative promotional ideas, coordinating actionable solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven leadership and team lead experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience influencing stakeholders (minimum 2 years).
  • Project coordination experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Understanding of IGaming operations is essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to mentor and proactively share knowledge with teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced statistical skills, including familiarity with distributions, testing, regression, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Capability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
