Job Overview

We're hiring a Data Analyst & Copywriter to join our product research team. This role blends structured data evaluation with crisp, concise written communication. You'll be responsible for running software workflows, collecting feature and pricing data, and writing short-form product analyses that help businesses make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate software products by logging in, completing workflows, and analyzing usability/performance

 Collect and structure data on software features, pricing, and functionality

 Write short-form mini analyses highlighting product strengths and differentiators

 Annotate and upload data into company's internal systems

 Take screenshots, gather vendor data, and communicate with vendors where needed

 Collaborate closely with Data Lead and Co-founder on research strategyRequirements
5–6 years of experience in a data- or content-heavy role (e.g. business analyst, product reviewer, tech copywriter)

 Strong written and verbal English skills (must-have)

 Analytical thinker with great attention to detail

 Familiarity with business software (e.g. CRMs, HR tools, productivity platforms)

 Comfortable working in a startup environment: fast-moving, iterative, and self-directed

 Ideally based in South Africa for timezone and language alignment

 No formal education requirements—your writing and analytical skills speak for themselvesBenefits
