Consultant (NA Hours)

MRI is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for the property industry and technology. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and advancing MRI's property management software solutions across North America's leading commercial, residential, and retail property companies.

This position involves hands-on engagement with clients, delivering exceptional client service through system implementation, training, and ongoing support. You'll be part of an innovative and collaborative team environment that values growth, learning, and a genuine passion for real estate technology.

Please note: This role works in accordance with North American hours (Eastern Time). 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive project implementations, ensuring effective deployment of MRI property software solutions.

• Manage multiple property projects simultaneously, maintaining clear priorities and deadlines.

• Ensure all project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and meet required quality standards.

• Keep client stakeholders and decision-makers informed of project progress, risks, and next steps.

• Participate in project close-off meetings with clients and facilitate smooth handovers to the support team for ongoing assistance.

• Provide training services to new and existing clients on MRI property management solutions.

• Deliver training on new product releases and feature enhancements, helping clients leverage new capabilities effectively.

• Offer consultancy services to assist clients in optimizing system use for lease administration, facilities management, accounting, and reporting.

• Provide product application support to existing clients, ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

• Assist with analyzing and resolving complex support queries, particularly those related to property workflows and data

Knowledge & Skills

• Background in property management, real estate technology, or proptech systems would be ideal.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of property operations and financial processes.

• Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in managing time and maintaining accountability for deliverables.

• Own reliable transport and willingness to travel locally (and occasionally abroad).

• Ideally 1–2 years of experience in the property, software, or technology sector.
