Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Engineer, located in Pretoria. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing solar power systems, overseeing the installation of solar PV projects, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role includes coordinating with clients, providing technical support, and ensuring the optimization of solar energy systems.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems
  • Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pretoria
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with project management is a plus
  • Professional certifications in solar energy systems are beneficial
