About the Role

The role requires managing and/or consulting to multiple clients on their ERP Digital Transformation initiatives . The successful candidate will be required to advise on or lead cross-functional project teams across finance, production, sales, and technology, ensuring alignment between business objectives, IT deliverables, and organisational change outcomes. This role is ideal for a professional Project Manager or Team lead with experience in IT/ERP project delivery, IT Project Governance  methodologies & Tools, SDLC's and knowledge of the ERP market.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be based in Western Cape
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience managing complex IT or ERP implementation projects.
  • Proven record in enterprise-level ERP delivery ( Tier-1 orTier-2 systems).
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience in data migration, testing management, and training rollout within ERP or large-scale IT projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process optimisation and cross-functional workflow design.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and effective end-user communication.
