What You Will Be Driving (Key Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage financial operations across a group of dealerships
  • Perform and review monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Oversee, approve, and manage payments to support effective cash flow
  • Prepare and maintain detailed and reliable cash flow forecasts
  • Handle consolidations and inter-branch transactions with precision
  • Produce monthly management accounts and comprehensive group reporting
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering insightful variance analysis

What You Bring to the Team (Skills & Experience):
  • BCom Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
  • Experience using Evolve or similar dealership management systems (advantageous)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and support operational teams
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Solid understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial controls
