Our Company in the Global Business Solutions Industry requires the services of Payroll Administrators. The Payroll Administrator, under the direct supervision of the Payroll Supervisor, is responsible for supporting ADEC's client payroll functions, performing data entry and payroll-related tasks in accordance with client specifications and quality standards. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of employee information and supports various payroll functions as required. This role involves maintaining employee records, processing payroll changes, and providing customer support to HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth payroll operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up client and employee profiles.
  • Process employee terminations and update employee records.
  • Configure various types of employee deductions.
  • Batch and organize received employee files.
  • Upload employee 201 files to the client's server.
  • Verify employee data in the time clock system.
  • Update the Daily Status Report.
  • Review transferred files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor pending documents for processing.
  • Perform time sheet data entry.
  • Generate payroll and quarterly allocation reports (for selected clients).
  • Conduct payroll reviews and post payroll transactions.
  • Execute other payroll-related tasks as requested.

Data Entry and Quality Assurance:

  • Accurately input relevant order information into the client-supplied application, adhering to project specifications.
  • Verify the accuracy of encoded data before proceeding to the next field to ensure high-quality output.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by project specifications.

Operational Compliance and Reporting:

  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Attend project orientations, job-related training, and company-initiated learning sessions as needed.
  • Report issues encountered with client applications to the immediate supervisor.
  • Notify the supervisor of any machine or network breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations, which shall include but are not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Must be willing to work in office.

  • Must be willing to work from 14:00 – Midnight daily.
  • Must have reliable transport to and from work.
  • Shifting schedule may be required to extend or adjust schedule when necessary.
  • No travel required.
  • No strenuous physical demands beyond regular office work such as sitting, standing, walking, typing, reading, talking, or listening.
  • Regular conditions such as exposure to air-conditioned environment or moderate noise
