Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for precision and confidentiality? We're looking for a
Senior Administrator
to join our team and take ownership of full-function fund administration processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and is comfortable managing manual processes that differ from standard business operations due to the confidential nature of the Fund.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in fund administration (employee benefits) , especially in a senior or full-function role
  • Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to manage manual processes with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Claims Administration (Start to Finish):

  • Withdrawal claims
  • Retirement claims
  • Divorce Order claims
  • Death claims

2-POT Claims (Manual Processing):

  • Upload all incoming 2-POT claim forms
  • Weekly reconciliation of received forms
  • Tax applications
  • Weekly GDL payment runs

Section 14 Transfers:

  • Full processing of S14 transfers
  • Handling both transfer-ins and transfer-outs

Monthly Contributions:

  • Process all monthly contributions within 1-day turnaround
  • Verify and update static data monthly
  • Reconcile with bookkeepers

Daily Operations & Queries:

  • Respond to member and stakeholder queries
  • Load unit prices
  • Run tax processes

Statements:

  • Prepare quarterly benefit and investment statements
  • Manually collate data and upload to server before distribution
