Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a balanced blend of Business Analysis and Systems Analysis experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops, effectively managing interactions with large groups stakeholders) and handling challenging personalities.
  • Drive features from ideation through to detailed documentation, encompassing both business and systems requirements.
  • Utilize Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation, ensuring productive sessions and clear outcomes.
    Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic environment, contributing innovative solutions and maintaining flexibility in approach.
  • Support medium to large digital transformation projects and the development of self-service portals.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in facilitating workshops with large groups stakeholders) and managing challenging personalities.
  • Ability to own and document features from ideation to completion, including business and systems requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-on experience with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
