The Mondia HealthCare Group requires a Clinical Nurse who will be based at our Mondia Umhlanga facility in Umhlanga, Durban, reporting to the Facility Manager.

Are you the type of person that enjoys practicing and sharing your nursing expertise? Do you care about the wellbeing of people and like to motivate people? You will be working in an environment where you will mentor, educate, and supervise nursing and auxiliary staff. Enabling them to put our patient's wellbeing at the core of our treatment. You will interact with nursing staff, patients, therapists, and doctors to provide a high standard of ethical care to our patients. You will form an integral part of the team to develop and implement standard work that support our nursing team.

REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing science with Psychiatry
  • Registered with SANC
  • 5 years or more nursing experience in mental health environment and 2 years in a leadership position
